Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using InnerForge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Your Account

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use InnerForge.

You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it up to date.

What InnerForge Provides

InnerForge offers science-backed checkpoints (short psychological assessments) and AI coach packages — each coach is a set of instructions plus a personality file you paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.

InnerForge is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, financial, or legal services. If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Share your account credentials or create multiple accounts to abuse free checkpoints.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service without our written permission.
• Submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content through any input field.

Payments

Checkpoints are free. Coaches are one-time purchases processed through LemonSqueezy — you can buy individual coaches or the all-coaches bundle. See the pricing page for current prices.

Once payment is processed, you receive lifetime access to the coach(es) you purchased, including future updates we make to those coaches.

Refunds

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, acting as our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled in accordance with LemonSqueezy’s Terms of Service.

If you’d like to request a refund, please contact us at support@innerforge.ai or reach out to LemonSqueezy directly. Approved refunds are typically returned within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of your checkpoint responses and any content you input. You grant us a license to process that content solely to provide the service — to score checkpoints, build your personality file, and render your coach’s instructions.

Our content: The InnerForge platform, checkpoints, coach prompt engineering, algorithms, design, and branding are our intellectual property. The coach package you purchase (the instructions + personality file) is for your personal use — copy it, download it, paste it into any AI tool you like.

Limitation of Liability

InnerForge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content — the underlying models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) are not ours and may respond unpredictably.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
